We're Screamin' about Screamin' Hill Brewery

Updated: Nov 7, 2019

I scream, you scream, we all scream for… beer, or at least us Dopes do at Screamin' Hill Brewery in Cream Ridge! Dubbed New Jersey’s Farm Brewery, it easily has one of the most unique locations in the state. The tasting room & brewery are in a restored barn, which is nestled on Bullock Farms. In the warmer months the brewery seating spills outside to the fields with large picnic tables, which make for a rustic farm setting. What we love about Screaming Hill is that many of the ingredients used to make the beer are actually grown on their farm, including barley, wheat, rye and hops. They also use farm grown ingredients like pumpkins and tomatoes in seasonal brews, like their Pumpkin Ale & Heirloom Ale.

Our favorite time to visit is the fall because of the festive activities going on at Bullock Farms. The “Bullock Barnyard” includes a petting zoo, corn maze and a wide selection of pumpkins & gourds. They also offer a hayride, which will take you to a pumpkin patch where you can pick you pumpkins right from the field, which is great for the whole family!
