Asbury Lanes has been a musical landmark at the Jersey Shore since the 1960s. This unique rock and roll venue, located just a few blocks away from the beach, is complete with a diner & bowling alley. The stage and the bowling lanes share an adaptable room with two large bars. Bowling is typically not permitted while concerts are going on and most of the seating is removed during shows, but the diner always stays open even to those who are do not have tickets to the show going on next door.
The diner servers some of our favorite guilty pleasures like boozy milkshakes, pork roll waffle sandwiches, tater tots and deep friend candy bars. The diner has a 1950s style feel to it, but its kept modern with the trendy menu and the mixture of concert posters hanging on the wall. The classic BLT, served with thick cut bacon, tomato jam on sour dough bread is anything but your classic run-of-the-mill BLT and may very well be one of the best we've ever had.
