Brunch at Olón in Atlantic City

Updated: Nov 7, 2019

When you leave the Tropicana casino floor and step into Olón, you'll quickly realize you're in for a unique dining experience. Past the very stylish bar is a beautiful dining room with one of our favorite ocean views in Atlantic City, making it a perfect location for a Sunday brunch.

We started our meal with the build-your-own Bloody Mary bar, which is full of all the fixings like pork belly cubes, bacon and different varieties of alcohols & bases. The bottomless raw bar, which is included in the price of the brunch, is stocked with oysters, shrimp, & scallop ceviche. Needless to say this goes really nicely with the bloodys and its the perfect way to start you meal. You'll have to be careful not to fill up on all of the seafood because brunch also comes with an appetizer and an entree!

We tried the cheesy empanadas de viento, which are stuffed with ricotta & mozzarella as one of & the avocado toast for our appetizers. These were both delicious, and filling, but we still had our main course left! Luckily we were able to roll up our sleeves and dig in because the fried chicken & waffles with whipped honey butter, pecans, bacon & maple syrup was fantastic. The smoked salmon with capers, scallion cream cheese, red onion, tomato served with a bagel was also super fresh and delicious.

After all of this food, we were definitely in a food, but we still left feeling refreshed from such a great time. The stunning atmosphere, beautiful views and mouthwatering food made Olón a #TwoDopesFavorite in Atlantic City!
